The basic version of CoastKey for Yamaha. In addition to the control box and cables, it consists of a Start Panel which is mounted at the steering position. To “unlock” you simply enter a PIN code instead of using an ignition key. The obvious advantage of this solution is that you have keyless access to the boat and if there are several people using the boat, everyone has the same access without having to have their own keys. It is easy to change the PIN code to restrict access, for example after renting out the boat.

CoastKey is installed instead of, or in parallel with the existing ignition key and you can still use the existing lanyard cord.
