Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post officially.
Then, reach out to your bank, as there can be processing delays.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at post@coastkey.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the item is received.
Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at post@coastkey.com.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
